Appellant Trayson L. Wooden appeals his conviction by a jury of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. In three points, Wooden contends that the evidence is legally insufficient to support his conviction and that the trial court erred in overruling objections to improper jury argument by the prosecutor. Because we hold that the evidence is legally insufficient to support appellants conviction, we reverse and render a judgment of acquittal.
